Job Responsibilities:
- Implement IEPs (Individual Education Plan) and therapy goals of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Foster and support development, communication, cognitive skills, play and social skills.
- Conduct individual and group programs.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team and with families.
- You must be warm, engaging and dynamic, with a high-degree of responsibility and initiative when working with children.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education, Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or related fields.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience in OT, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or special-needs therapy is an added advantage.
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Candidates must be Malaysian citizen/ PR or with valid visa to work in Malaysia.
