ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach to understanding behavior and learning. It uses evidence-based techniques to help children develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve their quality of life. ABA is widely recognized as the most effective treatment for autism spectrum disorder.
The recommended hours vary based on your child’s needs. Research suggests that intensive ABA (20-40 hours per week) is most effective for young children with autism. However, we create individualized programs based on each child’s assessment. Some children may benefit from fewer hours combined with other therapies.
Most families begin to see meaningful progress within 3-6 months of consistent therapy. However, the timeline varies depending on the child’s age, severity of symptoms, treatment intensity, and family involvement. Significant improvements typically occur over 1-3 years of intensive therapy.
Our ABA therapy is supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and delivered by trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). All therapists undergo rigorous training and receive ongoing supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy addresses a wide range of communication challenges including speech sound disorders (articulation), language delays (understanding and using words), social communication difficulties, stuttering, voice disorders, and feeding/swallowing issues. Our therapists also work on alternative communication methods when needed.
Most children benefit from 1-2 speech therapy sessions per week, each lasting 30-60 minutes. The frequency depends on your child’s specific needs and goals. Our speech therapists will recommend an appropriate schedule after the initial assessment.
Yes! Speech therapy is highly beneficial for nonverbal children. Our therapists use various approaches including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, picture exchange systems, sign language, and other methods to help your child communicate effectively.

Inclusive School Program

Our Inclusive School Program combines academic learning with therapeutic support in a classroom setting. Children with special needs learn alongside typically developing peers, with trained teachers and shadow aides providing individualized support. The program follows a modified curriculum that addresses both academic and developmental goals.
Readiness is determined through assessment rather than predetermined criteria. Our team evaluates each child’s current skills, learning style, and support needs. Many children benefit from starting with intensive therapy before transitioning to the inclusive program, while others may join directly.
Our inclusive classrooms maintain low student-to-teacher ratios (typically 4:1 or lower) to ensure individualized attention. Children who need additional support have dedicated shadow aides. The exact ratio depends on the specific classroom and students’ needs.
We follow a modified early childhood curriculum that aligns with Malaysian educational standards while incorporating therapeutic goals. The curriculum is adapted for each student’s individual learning needs and includes academics, social skills, self-help skills, and sensory-motor activities.

Enrollment & Assessment

Start by contacting us to schedule an initial consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your child’s needs and our programs. If you decide to proceed, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan. Enrollment can begin once the assessment is complete and the plan is approved.
A formal diagnosis is not required for initial consultation, but it helps us understand your child’s needs. If you don’t have a diagnosis, we can recommend professionals for assessment. Some funding sources may require a diagnosis for reimbursement.
Our comprehensive assessment includes observations, standardized testing, parent interviews, and review of any existing reports. The process typically takes 2-3 sessions and results in a detailed report with recommendations. This assessment forms the basis of your child’s individualized treatment plan.
Our fees vary based on the type and intensity of services. We offer various program packages to suit different needs and budgets. Please contact us for current pricing information and to discuss financial options. We can help you explore insurance coverage and other funding sources.

Parent Involvement

Parent involvement is crucial for success. We provide regular training sessions to teach you techniques to use at home, which helps generalize skills learned in therapy. Parents also receive progress reports and are invited to observe sessions and attend planning meetings.
Yes, parent training is an integral part of our programs. We offer individual training sessions, group workshops, and resources to help you support your child’s development at home. Topics include behavior management, communication strategies, and daily living skills.
We maintain open communication through daily session notes, regular progress reports (monthly or quarterly), parent-teacher meetings, and an open-door policy for questions. Our therapists are always available to discuss your child’s progress and address concerns.
