Job Responsibilities

Implement IEPs (Individual Education Plan) and therapy goals of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
Foster and support development, communication, cognitive skills, play and social skills.
Conduct individual and group programs.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team and with families.
Be warm, engaging and dynamic, with a high-degree of responsibility and initiative when working with children.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education, Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or related fields.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience in OT, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or special-needs therapy is an added advantage.
Proficient in oral and written English.
Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be Malaysian citizen / PR or with valid visa to work in Malaysia.
